No. The catalog is a working list of potential programs. Paladin confirms instructor availability, commercial delivery arrangements, materials, and scheduling when scoping an engagement.
Do you own all the courses in the catalog?
No. The catalog includes programs and courseware from independent providers. Their content and trademarks remain theirs. Branded delivery requires the applicable authorization or licensed arrangement.
Can training be tailored to our organization?
We can discuss your audience, objectives, and examples. The degree of customization depends on the selected program and the rights granted by its provider.
Can you deliver virtually or in person?
Delivery format is established for the engagement and depends on the program, instructor, location, and available facilities or software.
How are instructors selected?
We assess relevant subject expertise, teaching and facilitation experience, qualifications, and availability. Branded programs also require the appropriate delivery permissions.
How much does training cost?
Pricing depends on group size, duration, delivery format, instructor requirements, licensing, materials, labs, and travel. Share your requirements to discuss an appropriate scope and quote.
Can you respond to a solicitation or formal training requirement?
You can share the requirement, timeline, and submission instructions. We will review the fit, qualification requirements, program rights, and delivery needs before determining whether to submit.
Are certificates or continuing education credits included?
Only when provided by the selected program or expressly included in the engagement. A completion certificate is different from a professional certification or accredited continuing education credit.
